In addition to traditional market value assessments, we also perform preliminary valuations, rent surveys, value certificates, information about the property market in terms of e.g. rent levels, costs for operation and maintenance of different property types, yields, etc., and investment calculations with different conditions.

Clients can be municipalities, county councils, creditors, private property owners, property companies, insurance companies, or lawyers.
